Terms of Service

Activating the hosting services below confirms agreement to these terms of service...

Client agrees to pay System Savvy, Inc. a recurring monthly fee for the hosting and email services documented herein on a recurring monthly schedule charged to Client's credit card, debit card or PayPal account.

The Hosting Agreement will automatically renew for successive monthly terms unless canceled in writing by Client at least 30 days prior to the end of Term renewal date.

Late Fee

SSi Managed Hosted Sites

If a recurring hosting payment is rejected or otherwise delinquent for 10 days after its due date, a $15 late fee will be assessed. For any instance of hosting unpaid for 14 days or more, services may be suspended until the account is brought current.
